מר נח קליגר נולד  ב-31 ליולי 1926, בשטרסבורג, צרפת. בנם של הסופר-העיתונאי ברנרד קליגר ז"ל ורעייתו אסתר (תקלה) לבית אייבשיץ ז"ל. נכלא  בשנים 1942-1945 במחנות מאלין, אושוויץ, אושוויץ 3 (מונוביץ), דורה מיטלבאו, ראוונסבריק. שוחרר ב-29  באפריל 1945 על ידי הצבא הסובייטי. עיתונאי מאז סוף 1945, בצרפת ובבלגיה. עלה לארץ במסגרת המח"ל¹⁾ ב-1948.  מאז 1958 חבר במערכת העיתון "ידיעות אחרונות". סיקר את מרבית המשפטים נגד פושעים נאציים בבלגיה, בצרפת, בגרמניה וישראל.

פרסם מאות מאמרים וכתבות בנושאי השואה והאנטישמיות וגם מרצה בנושאים אלו.

מר נח קליגר העניק לי (עדה הולצמן) את רשותו לפרסם את מאמריו באתר ההנצחה שלי "זכור!".

Mr. Noah Klieger was born on July 13^th, 1926 in Strasbourg, France. He is the son of the journalist and writer Bernard Klieger of blessed memory and his wife, Ester (Thecla) née Eybeschitz of blessed memory. He was imprisoned by the Germans during the years of 1942-1945 in Malines, Auschwitz, Auschwitz 3 (Monowitz), Dora-Mittelbau, Ravensbruck and was liberated on April 29^th, by the Soviet Army. He was a journalist in France and Belgium since the end of 1945. He has immigrated to Israel in the framework of Mach"l¹⁾ in 1948.

He is a member of the editorial of "Yedioth Ahronoth" newspaper since 1958. He reviewed nearly all the trials against Nazi criminals in Belgium, France, Germany and Israel.

He published hundreds of articles on the subjects of the Holocaust and Anti-Semitism and he also lectures about these subjects.

In 1995, Mr. Noah Klieger published his book: "12 Rolls for Breakfast", which is a collection of his stories from the Holocaust period based on his personal memoirs. The book, ISBN 965-482-013-7, published by Yedioth Ahronoth is out of print.
