Please look at the following pages of photos which include various groups of people from Wyszków, Poland, as well as some memorabilia. They were sent to me by Claudio Cembal of Israel. Claudio's grandfather Aron, lived in 46 Rynek St. Wyszków. He was a teacher. The photos were taken in the 1920's and 1930's.

In October 2003 Howard B. Orenstein  discovered that some of the photos (e.g., A ,C, J & L) also appear in the Yizkor Book of Wyszków,, edited by David Shtokfish titled, "Sefer Wyszków", published in Israel (Tel Aviv) in 1964.
Publisher is Association of Former Residents of Wishkow in Israel and Abroad. The book is in Yiddish and Hebrew.

#22:Heni KRAUZE, about age 15 (ca. 1924). Identified by Enrique KRAUZE, Dec 2007. Heni was his  grandfather's sister.

#23: Miriam Sarah Lewin (nee Tenenbaum. Miriam was born in 1896 in Warsaw, married in 1918 in Dlugosiodlo to Jakov Haskell Lewin (born in Wyszków in 1898). According to Yona Lewin (born in 1924 in Dlugosiodlo) this photo was taken circa 1918-1925 in some "tzuzamenfur" -- gathering for some benevolent purpose.

Beit Yaakov Girls Elementary School (Agudat Israel) in Dlugosiodlo. The photo, circa 1933-1934, depicts the 4th grade class. Eight (8) girls need to be identified, including the 2 daughters of the Shoichet.Names, hints (e.g., daughter of tailor, address) may permit Meir's mother, Toba Libe (Yona) LEWIN GOVER, to confirm or rule out an identification.
