Message from Jerusalem:
Shalom everybody,
My friend M. whose parents
live in a village near Losice, passed by this Friday, April 29, 2011, to see
what the Jewish cemetery looks like at present, and in what state it is. He does
it for me on a regular basis. I am really saddened to be sending you these
pictures, showing the devastated and desecrated memorial, gravestones and
fences.
I am shocked and appalled.
.
What can we do in order to save the place from further vandalism?
I just feel so helpless and hurt to see what happened to
this sacred place.
Please advise what to do.
Spread those pictures and raise protest and consciousness, and mostly let us try
to still save what can be saved.
