Subject: Searching: First Cousin, son of Gyuri Goldstein z"l from the Town of Diakovce from Czechoslovakia.
"I am searching for my first cousin, who is beleived to have been adopted shortly after his birth. His birth date and place is thought to have been around the 1st or 2nd May, 1952 in Nahariya. His parents names were Gyuri and Yolli Goldstein, Gyuri was my Mother`s brother, who like my mom was a Holocaust survivor from Diakovce in Czechoslovakia, who came to Israel in 1949. He died from colon cancer at age 27, two weeks after the baby`s birth, (a boy, first name unknown), and his wife was supposed to have married an old boyfriend (she was from Yugoslavia), and move to a Kibbutz near Nahariya. What is not known is whether she had the new husband adopt the baby boy, or gave him up completely for adoption. Misrad Hapnim claims only that he was adopted, but will not give further details. My mother is 73 years old and needless to say it would mean alot to find her nephew, who would be the only living member and contact of her family Goldstein. We have the ID number of the unknown cousin!
I myself am an Israeli, born in Shavei-Zion in1953, and live in Florida, USA and would also love to find a first cousin on my mother`s side of the family. This person may not know that he was adopted. Any help in finding him would be greatfully appreciated. I look forward to hearing your latest findings or requests with regards to this, as always, thank you for all you are doing.
