The Jewish Community of KUNOW

Thank you very much for your informative post. My people came from three towns. Ostrowiec, Ozarow, and Kunow, all mentioned on your site. I visited the towns this summer and I didn't know where my people were sent. I had assumed Auschwitz. I know that in Kunow, the people were marched from the city square to the railroad station, where they boarded. On the march to the station, any children who cried were killed either by gun fire or being smashed against buildings. This account from Polish witnesses still alive. I have a picture of the Kunow railroad station if you would like to scan it into your site.

Are you aware of a list of victims?
